Visionary & Founder

"For me, the patient is at the center of everything we do. Healthcare systems also need to evolve from care and provision to restoring people. It's about more than just business models - it's about giving patients their lives back. And that's what we're fighting for. Every day!"

The interdisciplinary team

COLDPLASMATECH emerged as a spin-off from the Leibniz Institute for Plasma Research e.V. Greifswald.

COLDPLASMATECH has developed the first active wound dressing (CPT®patch) for the treatment of chronic wounds using cold physical plasma.

Based on the needs of doctors, nurses and patients, the Coldplasmatech team, together with experts from Europe's leading institution for plasma technology (INP), has developed a medical product that revolutionizes the treatment of wounds that are difficult to heal. The complex technology of cold plasma is now available in an uncomplicated, safe and effective way as a wound dressing for the therapy of chronic wounds (fully automatic and always at the optimum effect).
